Job Summary and Responsibilities
Assisting the Housekeeping Manager in smooth running of the housekeeping department.Ensure that all maintenance requests are followed.To supervise the Housekeeping Department,and control the servicing of all bedrooms, restaurants, function and public areas of the hotel to achieve goals and quality standard and to assist other departments to maintain and improve the services provided to all guests and employees. Ensure all Supervisors continually inspect assigned areas and have turned in inspections.
1.At Least high Vactional diploma in any relevant discipline.
2.Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or relevant discipline
3. Minimum of 2-3 years in supervisory Housekeeping role in a similar capacity, preferably in a 5 star class environment
4. Knowledgeable in Housekeeping operation and cleaning methods
5. Have excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken
6. Detail-oriented and possess pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
